Ricky Barnes

Ricky is a long-time friend of Electric Gypsy who plays rhythm guitar with Exit 160. Here's a video of him playing lead on 'Johnny B. Goode' at the "Band Room Gang's" reunion concert in 2009.

 


John Blankenship

John Blankenship

John grew up with Shmoo and Ross in Jellico, Tennessee and began music as the drummer for early incarnations of Electric Gypsy (then named such silly things as "RPM", "SNS", and "Loosing Streak".) Multi-talented, he sings, plays guitar, bass, and occasionally still beats the hell out of the drums. John founded the country/rock band Exit 160 (with Ross often on bass.)

 


Brent Branam

Brent Branam

Brent sang and played rhythm guitar for Electric Gypsy during the later half of the 1990's. Here is video of him singing lead on 'Time Marches On' at a live television appearance with Electric Gypsy back in 1996.

 


Johnny Brock

Johnny Brock

Johnny rehearsed with Electric Gypsy a number of times in 2008. Here he is featured on an Electric Gypsy cover of the Breeders' tune 'Canonball'.

 


Bobby Douglas

Bobby Douglas

Bobby was an early singer and guitarist for what later became Electric Gypsy. He is also a cousin of Shmoo and Ross. A semi-restored (from cassette tape) 1983 concert recording featuring his guitar and vocals can be found at DMusic!

 


Keith Forman

Keith Forman

Keith is a multi-talented singer, guitarist, drummer, etc. who was a classmate of Ross's at Jellico Elementary and High School. He can be found on many Electric Gypsy recordings. Mike Gibby

Mike Gibby

Mike played drums with Andrea, Ross, and Shmoo in the mid 00's. His powerful percussion is featured in many of the .mp3's found on Electric Gypsy's DMusic page.

 


Curtis Hamblin

Curtis Hamblin

Curtis played drums at several Jellico, Tennessee venues with Electric Gypsy in the mid 1990's and is featured in the 'VJ Live' television appearance of 1996.

 


Ralph Lane

Ralph Lane

Ralph was a long-time guitarist and vocalist for Electric Gypsy. Ross played bass and Shmoo produced an audio recording of the song "Jessie" (scroll down to find) that Ralph wrote.

 


Todd Mierzwa

Todd Mierzwa

Todd played drums on many Electric Gypsy recordings made during the later half of the 00's decade. A great .mp3 of his 'Todd's Jazz Improv' with Electric Gypsy can be found at DMusic. (scroll to the very bottom of the page!)

 


David Owens

David Owens

David is a drummer who began playing with Electric Gypsy in 2009. He is featured in the video 'Mr. Bad Guy Boogie' (a demo of an original tune wrote by Ross!)

 


Joey Rhoden

Joey Rhoden

Joey (or "Joseph") was an early member of Electric Gypsy who sang and played bass. Joey wrote the song 'Oh, Missy' which he recorded at Lundy Studio with Shmoo and Ralph Lane in the mid 1990's. Joey is also featured in the 1996 'VJ Live' television appearance. He is well known for his lengthy take on Sugarhill Gang's 'Rappers Delight' (blended with the song 'Cocaine') that Electric Gypsy often used to do as the closing number for many shows back in the day! Wade Siler

Wade Siler

Wade is a long-time friend of the band. Being multi-talented, Wade plays guitar, bass, drums, and sings. Wade and Shmoo's "dueling guitars" can be heard on a recording of 'Cocaine' found at DMusic. (Scroll down to find the .mp3!)

 


Tracy Ann Walker

Tracy Ann Walker

Tracy is a dear close friend of Andrea who writes her own songs and sings. She often hosts karaoke between, before, and after Electric Gypsy sets. She has a page on DMusic with a couple of her songs featured.

 


Herby Wallace

Herby Wallace

Herby is a renowned NACMAI Hall Of Fame inductee who has played pedal steel guitar for more "famous show-people" than you can shake a stick at. He happens to be Andrea's proud father. His website is: www.herbywallace.com
